Unified Ferments is a Brooklyn based fermentery specalizing in crafting non-ABV beverages from high quality tea. Their product can be found in michelin star restaurants such as four horsemen, blanca, etc.

PROJECT INFORMATION:
I started collaborating with Unified Ferments (UF) since Fall 2019. The label design project is a very fluid process.
When the UF team finalized a product, we would sit together and do a tasting. We sample the raw materials as well as the final beverage. UF team would share with me their tasting notes and what they are trying to convey. I then work on a visual repersentation of their story for each bottle.
